ACCOLADES

“Rob at 1888 Media is a passionate music industry veteran who puts his diverse expertise to great work for their clients.” Piers Henwood [Amelia Artists]

“My band The Material hired Rob as our manager last year. We really enjoyed working with him and trusted him to always have the band’s best interest at heart (which is rare to find in the music world). Not only is he a great manager, but he is also an awesome publicist, which is always helpful for an independent band like ours.” Colleen D’Agostino

Working with Rob was wonderful. He is plugged in, thoughtful, and thorough. He knows his stuff and really has the artist’s best interest at heart.” Hayley Reardon

“Rob Evanoff, of 1888 Media, is more than just a pleasure to work with. He is genuine, honest and always has his artists’ needs in mind. He is constantly thinking of new ideas and fresh ways to approach every scenario. I am extremely glad I came in contact with Rob and will definitely continue to maintain a strong business relationship with him!” Stef w/ an F (City of the Weak)

“Rob Evanoff is the most professional, passionate, and intelligent guy Jag Star has ever worked with. We have been making music for over 10 years, and have worked with many publicists and managers along the way. No one comes close to Rob and his company. Because of his work ethic and ability to ‘think outside the box’, a lot more people know who Jag Star is. Rob is BRILLIANT at his job…not to mention he’s a super cool dude.” Sarah Lewis [Jag Star]

“Rob Evanoff is an asset to any company. I’ve used him now on two different album projects and he came through with great media exposure. He is proactive in getting things done and has a positive attitude. I would definitely hire him again as he’s a great team player.” Gary Wright

Rob did an amazing job for my previous project. He had a ton of great ideas and did more for us in 3 months than we did ourselves in the 3 previous years. On top of that, he’s a good guy and those are hard to come by in this business anymore. Hope to work with him again very soon.” Corey Rozzoni, Adalene/Lights of Marfa

“Rob is an educated, hard working, no bullshit guy looking to get the job done and has supported several record labels that I’ve been affiliated with. I’d hire him!”
Marc Silverman, West Coast Label Liaison, ADA

“Rob is an innovative marketer and brings a unique approach to each project he brings on at 1888 Media. I have hired Rob and his team for several projects, and his services are always top-notch. He’s responsive, detail-oriented and brings new ideas to each project. I love working with Rob, and I know that my projects are being handled by someone with a real passion for his work.”
Nikki Fair – Director, Online Marketing at Rhino Entertainment

“I had the privilege of working in conjunction with Rob Evanoff on a Shanachie Entertainment project and he proved to be a highly efficient and resourceful social media specialist. His willingness to think outside the box and arm himself with the necessary knowledge to acquire media for our artist was commendable. He is resourceful, detail oriented, professional and enjoyable to work with.”
Monifa Brown, VP Publicity, Shanachie Entertainment

In Our Bones turns 1 today 💞
🥂
With what this album, and the band Against The Current, means to me, today is a happy day to celebrate!
✨
Over the past year, IOB was the soundtrack to my life, at the core of adventures near and far, physical and metaphysical, spiritual and unbelievable.
✨
In addition to my love for the music, the words expressed and sentiments conveyed resonate deeply. I've learned a great deal about life, love, and myself. It's been a transcendent journey!
✨
In Our Bones is in my bones, my heart and soul.
A light that shines Forevermore.

The first 7 episodes of Season 2 of Against The Current were absolutely brilliant!
The adventures undertaken and the magic of those days/nights will be remembered forever. I had so much fun!
🔻
ATC is on a mid-season break though I'm looking forward to some fall/winter episodes. In the meantime, I may find myself daydreaming about cherished moments w/ my favorite band.

Happy Mother's Day!
Just arrived to Boston where I'm wrapping up one of my favorite weekends ever and am reminiscing about one of my other favorite weekends ever, one I shared with my Mom. She always wanted to go to the NE in the fall to see the changing leaves in all their glorious colors and I always wanted to visit Boston and Vermont so we made a long weekend of it (also scoped out New Hampshire). She's also a fan of lighthouses so we went to Nantucket one afternoon. The weather was perfect and the island was charming. We had a great time. When I talked to her today, we reminisced and talked about where to go on our next trip. I miss her but I'll be seeing her soon. 🤘🏻🤘🏻
Last two nights with Against The Current at Irving F*ckin Plaza were an absolute blast!! They were AMAZING, the crowd was super hyped...it was so much fun! Hearing Gravity, Runaway, Running With The Wild Things, Roses and Wasteland in NYC made it truly special! Will forever remember these 2 nights.
