Americana Highways has premiered the official live video of “Faded Red” by Brooklyn-based roots-rocker Kevin Daniel. Captured during a buoyant performance at NYC’s Rockwood Music Hall in March of 2018, the clip showcases the soulful revival type nature of his concerts. It’s a cathartic experience.
Joining Kevin were Mark Anselm and Billy Pearson (electric guitars), Renee Hikari (drums), Eli Chalmer (trombone), Adam O’Farrill (trumpet), Doug Goldstein (banjo), and Judd Nielson (organ), with Roman Urbanski and Irene Blackman adding vocals.
The song appears on Daniel’s Myself Through You EP.
On March 1, Kevin will release “Pour Me A Drink,” the first single from his debut album, due this fall. In the meantime, he’s hitting the road to cities up and down the East coast.
