RIVERS MONROE Go Coast To Coast on GROW WILD Tour

Rivers Monroe are currently traversing the U.S. on a 27-city trek as a part of the 2nd Annual GROW WILD Tour featuring Round2 Crew, Will Jay, Bad Feelings, Dylan Holland, Zach Matari, Ben Hazlewood, The House On Cliff, and James Barre.

With shows from coast to coast thru June 29, the quartet find themselves on their first full national tour after journeying the Eastern half of the country last summer on the Vans Warped Tour.

The Warped jaunt was the culmination of years of sweaty shows throughout the northeast corridor on down to Florida, as Rivers Monroe honed their stage show with the likes of Paramore, All Time Low, Fun., Incubus, Phoenix, The Wonder Years, Passion Pit, New Found Glory, twenty | one | pilots, Jennifer Paige, Silversun Pickups and AllStar Weekend. Last year’s run ended in Cleveland to partake in the revelry of the Alt Press Music Awards.

Showcasing singer Mike Monroe, keyboardist/vocalist Mat Rivers, bassist Kirby San, and a guitarist named Doc, this tightly knit outfit emit a fresh mix that’s hard to resist. As evidenced by the candied sunshine of “Hero Inside,” “Sweat,” and “Smart Girls,” from their sophomore album, Smart Girls, Rivers Monroe have crafted an impressive amalgam of daft punk anthems by injecting the melodic muscle of Mayday Parade, The Maine, and OneRepublic with a signature brand of soulful contraband.
