Alternative Press Announces 2016 Music Award Nominations

In an election year, it’s appropriate that the 2016 Journeys Alternative Press Music Awards, Fueled by Monster Energy has adopted a familiar red, white & blue color scheme as fan voting opens for the 3rd Annual APMAs.
Displaced from its home in Cleveland due to the upcoming Republican National Convention, the APMAs will broadcast live from the Schottenstein Center in Columbus, Ohio on the evening of Monday July 18, 2016, with 8-time AP cover artists Alex Gaskarth and Jack Barakat of ALL TIME LOW returning for hosting duties.
The nominees were revealed on St. Paddy’s Day (via Instagram) by Tonight Alive‘s Jenna McDougall and Set It Off‘s Cody Carson.
